About Ryan Growing up my family moved around quite often and with divorced parents it seems like it was even more frequent. Through the years I developed a deep fascination with the process of house hunting. Each new location held a promise of adventure - a mystery waiting to be unveiled.Just what kinds of cool shops was I going to be able to spend my time in picking the brains of whoever would entertain this curious neighborhood Kid. What kind of friends was I going to meet and wondering what the story was behind scariest looking house on the street. What kind of features does the property have? Where are the good hiding spots? And of course, with each house my futile attempt to secure the primary bedroom as my own. Reflecting on those years, I realize how fortunate I was to experience a wide range of living spaces, from small 4plex units to sprawling estates. Even thou having an indoor Olympic sized pool and a series of slides at each level was (and still is) the dream the size of the house or it being “luxury” was never really a factor. Some of the fondest memories were made in the smallest of spaces because they transcended mere bricks and mortar; they became cherished homes. Growing up in a family immersed in the business world, I gained insights into finance and entrepreneurship. Because the family business focused heavily on parties and events, I was fortunate enough to learn about other cultures, their beliefs, traditions, and even their homes. However, it was my stint at a mass market publishing company that introduced me to the art of negotiation and the power of marketing. It was during this time that I realized my passion for real estate was more than just a passing interest; it was my calling.
