In 1995, she changed career paths again, this time into a municipal government working as a community and media relations specialist. After having her second child, Renee decided to become a stay- at-home mom and left her steady city career. Within a few months, she knew she had to get back to work so she decided to start her own business. She worked as a public relations consultant for a short period of time and then ventured into property management before making the leap into real estate sales. In 2005, she became a California licensed real estate agent. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As her career advanced, Renee found her stride working with buyers and sellers in residential real estate. Later, she expanded into commercial real estate sales and leasing, and now also helps those interested in buying and selling businesses. Throughout the years, Renee never wavered in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move. She also found various ways of giving back to the communities she serves. In 2012, she began a 12-year run as a volunteer in her local Chamber of Commerce, serving four years as a board director, four years as president and four years as the executive director.
