A large part of the American Dream is to own a home ... and then do all we can to make that decision a profitable one. That's where I can help. We'd like to think that over 65 years of collective real estate experience; selling, buying, investing, flipping, wholesaling, remodeling and inspecting properties large and small could make my team the right team for most anyone. This book is designed to help you get ready to sell, but the question after reading it is the same:
Can I really do this myself Ken or should I let you?
You or I could do the selling but I believe we need each other. Below are some of the numerous questions that go through everyone's mind as we decide the "Who, What, When, Why, How and of course the Price" in this process of Selling Your Home.
The questions are so numerous:
* How do I prepare my house, should I stage it and how? * What's more important the interior or exterior? * How much should I price my house for? How do I determine the right price or risk using emotion? * Hey, should I take the pictures or use a Pro? Do 3D and Ariel/Drone views really help? * Should I list my house with one of those web companies? Maybe uncle Bill or aunt Sue?
