* Should I use a local Realty firm, aren't they all alike? * How can I tell if an Agent knows what my real needs are? * Should I get my house appraised first, what's that cost? * Will upgrading certain rooms make a big profit difference? * Should I just move on and sell the house for what I can? * Should I rent it or am I digging a big hole for myself? * How does my house stack up against others around me? * What costs for selling do I pay, what does the buyer pay? * Are those Real Estate commissions really worth it and what about discounts, are they worth it? * How do I figure my bottom line to know if it will all work out? Confused? I remember our first home purchase. Thank God my wife was already an accomplished Real Estate Professional. Her negotiating skills were extremely helpful saving us a bunch and may I say, my gal's just as sharp today! Guiding others through these tough decisions is our number one priority and we feel we can help all who read this book. Before getting my Real Estate license 20 years ago my previous experiences included a State License in Residential Construction and in 1985 was one of the first Home Inspectors in Tampa Bay. We really do want this Selling and Buying process to become as seamless as possible. Inventory is low, we can't afford mistakes selling or buying. It can be a large challenge choosing to sell your home let alone thinking of perhaps buying another. Whether its your first time or your up-teenth time - its a process that I personally can help you go through.
