About Your Agent - Ken Boaz en Boaz Ken was raised in St. Louis, Missouri, with 3 brothers and a sister. As a child, he aspired to be a Family Physician or business owner. He never thought he would follow a 25-year top-producing Father into the real estate industry. You can't always predict where or when you'll discover some of what you're meant to do in life. But like Ken enjoys saying, "Just keep your eyes open." Ken was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what he did. And he has worked hard to achieve much. "In the beginning" came the first twist. As Providence would have it, Ken was called to seminary. Four years later, he founded his first church in Northern Virginia. Later, in 1999, he received his Doctorate of Ministry, taught Bible College, and started another church in Tampa Bay, Florida. To augment the family income he became what we call a bi- vocational pastor, so while working at remodeling houses, Judi was very active selling them. This all began in Virginia later following into Florida (1985) and at the same time adopting a brother and sister making it a total of 4. Ken and Judi so enjoy the housing industry and the people whom they serve, therefore he became a state licensed contractor and Home Inspector. Judi built a successful real estate career, which, for this book, uniquely qualifies them with insight, compassion, and knowledge of family needs and the houses they live in.
