In 2006, the National Association of Realtors partnered with select lenders and employers to increase Home Ownership opportunities for workforce families throughout Chicago. Marion took on the challenge of leveraging both Human Resources and Real Estate. In 2007 Marion was certified as an instructor for the National Association of Realtors. In this position she launched the Employer Assisted Housing campaign in the Chicago Market. The campaign focused on assisting employers in developing an employer-assisted housing benefit. The campaign strategy promoted Home Ownership opportunities for workforce families by providing access to housing information, comprehensive counseling, and financial incentives. Employers that provide an EAH benefit were able to reduce turnover, leading to lower training and hiring costs. By far, Marion has proven to be the Realtor of choice in her market.
