I wanted to show you the undeniable impact staging can have on a condo sale price. In my research, I found two nearly identical condos, where only one was staged. The most striking example was between two units in the same building. Both condos had the same layout—two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and similar finishes. They were in the same building and had comparable views. However, Condo A sold for $40,000 more than Condo B. Why the difference? Condo A was professionally staged, making it look more inviting. Additionally, the agent for Condo A used higher quality, more appealing photos. These two small actions—staging and better photos—created a $40,000 difference in price. The buyers of Condo A were willing to pay more because the condo was presented in a more attractive way.
