of our pocket. Eventually, we were able to get a bank loan and we had a true mortgage on our newly remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home at this point. This one choice we made to buy this particular lot caused us to be stuck for over 5 years in a place we really wanted to sell, but it was very difficult. If we would have been able to move this in to the town, rather than the county, we would have been able to sell it at any time and made a considerable amount of money on it. We had two of our babies while we lived there. Eventually, I was able to sell this house on my own to a buyer, and help them to secure financing as well. We moved out in April of 1991 and was able to hire a reputable Real Estate professional and find our next home, which proved to be a much better home and quality of life. The 5 years we lived out in the country with crappy water and bad roads we had to constantly maintain and a 45 minute drive each way to work was a miserable time during our first 5 years of marriage. All of this was due to some really bad advise given by a Real Estate professional that didn't have one care about us and our lives.... only getting paid. As a REALTOR I have a fiduciary duty to my clients. They come first. Their need to buy or to sell a home is the priority. But to do so in a manner is the best fit and meets their needs. My job is to make sure that there are no pitfalls that are in the way. Sometimes its hard to see the bad things that could be present if you are wearing the rose colored glasses of "Yay! We are buying a house!!" or "Yay! We got an offer!" I do this job every day and I know how to navigate it. I am determined and very driven to help my clients to be able to navigate through their journey in life, buying and selling homes as the need arises in the best possible way. Selling your home for
