PREPARING FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Getting your home prepared is important to achieve the highest price possible. When I visit with you at your home, I will give you tips and even a list of specific things that can be done to make the photography more appealing to buyers online. Your best foot forward is great presentation prior to a buyer visiting the property. A few things to help you get started are: • Do a quick run through and start a donation or sell pile. • Start packing! You are moving, so start packing away things and clear space on counters or rooms • Less is more in photography • Clean off the refrigerator, kitchen counters etc. • Bright lightbulbs help tremendously • Depersonalize! This is more important than you think. People should be seeing your house, not all of the family photos. We want them to see themselves living there! • Remove pet bowls, beds and kitty litter boxes for the photography.

A house on the market requires keeping the home in a constant “show-ready” condition. This can be a challenge, however, I help you to maneuver through this process. When done correctly, this process can go smoother than you think. I will help you get through the scheduling and showings and get ample advanced notice for showings.
