My renters told a Neighbor they were moving out, so the Neighbor called me and offered to buy the house for $390K. I didn't want to deal with realtors or renovation, so I opened escrow at $390K. Tammy saw the renters as they were moving out, asked for my phone number and called me. She texted me pictures of my house, and although it was trashed, Tammy said she could fix it up and sell it for $490K if I would pay up to $5K for paint, new carpet and landscaping. She's AMAZING! Seller #2: Taylor I had literally just asked God to help me get through this Divorce when I looked down and saw Tammy's business card on the ground as I left my Attorney's office.
