As a child,Wayne had aspirations of being a professional baseball player. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Wayne spent 33 years with Ga. Power Company starting in 1976 and retired early in 2009 plus starting a sports business (Global Sports Authority) in 2002 which he is still the CEO of today to later becoming a real estate investor and then becoming a loan broker for real estate loans and becoming a real estate agent.
