every time there was a buyer coming. Cynthia helped guide us to the right price. She held one open house and we got 3 offers from that alone. We chose the best one and were under contract ABOVE our asking price! Then she arranged with the buyers to take a lot of the furniture that we didn't need. It really could not have been easier! Seller #3 I have bought and sold over 10 homes in my lifetime and I have never had an agent work as hard as Cynthia did! I could not believe how much time she spent working and re-working my furniture arrangement, hanging pictures, tidying things and removing items. By the time she was finished, our house was perfect. I would have bought it myself if we didn't already own it and need to sell! If you want your home sold quickly, you need to talk to Cynthia. We were under contract in 4 days and sold for 10% above our asking price.
