About Cynthia After 23 years in the fitness industry, Cynthia realized a latent dream by earning her real estate license. While fitness and real estate may not seem related, they both serve the community and that is what she feels called to do. She has also earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), a designation for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. Cynthia was raised on both the East and West Coasts in Virginia and California. Being the middle child of three, she learned the skill of negotiation early. She grew up with a Stepfather who is a successful real estate broker/investor and a Mom who was a gifted interior designer. She spent many years walking around houses and observing the transformation process of buying, stylizing and selling homes. This fueled Cynthia's interest in real estate and she relishes the entire process of either buying or selling property. She works hard for her clients to get to the closing table. After several cross country moves with her parents, Cynthia learned to enjoy the exercise of starting over. While moving can certainly be a stressful time, it also allows one to start fresh by assessing what is treasured enough to take along in the move and what is left with the old life. Cynthia and her husband have been transplanted more than a dozen times in their marriage including overseas in England and Germany and domestically in Indiana, Illinois and now Pennsylvania. They have owned several homes including the one they live in currently in Nazareth. Their three children have all graduated and are living across the country and the world. She loves to work with first time home
