About Leonard Clementi d Clementi Leonard was raised in Rochester, NY with 2 siblings. As a child, Leonard had aspirations of being a Police Officer. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Leonard was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Leonard worked his way from bagging groceries in a local grocery store to enrolling in college. After college Leonard enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman. Upon his return home from the service he became a Police Officer, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Leonard entered into the real estate industry 38 years ago when he decided to invest in real estate. Leonard figured the best way to learn how to buy real estate is to first learn how to sell real estate. He set out to be a top producing real estate agent. In Leonard's second year in the industry he was honored with President's Club noting he was in the top 100 nationally both in units sold and dollar volume sold. As his career advanced, Leonard found his stride working with expired listings, luxury homes, home sellers and buyers. He is an expert in the sales process and negotiation skills.
