The Testimonial That Touch my Heart I needed a Real Estate Agent to sell my property, but the situation was very different. I was turn down by (5) agents and found Bernard Johnson on Har.com in the Spring, Texas area. I presented the situation to him, he said he would do his best to help me. The rental property I owned was being mismanaged and I had to evict the tenants. Once the property was vacant, Bernard and I entered the property to find six full-sized desks on the second floor, furniture and miscellaneous items left in the home. I was on a limited budget, overwhelmed by the prospect of traveling back and forth from Austin to Spring Texas to clear the house and get it ready to put on the market. That weekend I worked on moving some items out but when I went home, I was completely depressed and didn’t think I could handle everything that needed to be done promptly. I had called a few nonprofits to donate the desk, but no one wanted them. I had posted numerous items for sale on Craigslist but had no response. One week later Bernard called me to let me know that he had found a buyer for all the desks! I couldn’t believe it, people started responding to Craigslist posts, and Bernard took time out of his busy schedule to sell the furniture! Bernard also let me know that he was going to do everything possible to help me and reassured me it was going to get done! Bernard used his own truck and moved items to donate to shelters and take unusable items to the dump. He probably took ten full truckloads for me! Once the property was cleared out and cleaned out Bernard set an appointment for me to meet with a staging company. Within three days the house was beautifully staged! Bernard made it 114
