About Gerry Lambie~Christina Kamuda We were referred to a mother who had recently gotten a divorce and suddenly found herself with a sick child having a rare medical condition that required her to go to Atlanta, GA from Appleton, WI to see the only specialist in the field to help her son. Her future was on a downward spiral fast. She had already been served a Lis pendens and time was ticking. As the bills went unpaid, the liens started getting attached to the property, foreclosure got scheduled and there was no end in sight. The initial process started in August. She signed the papers in May to close on her property and save the foreclosure from her name. Her ability to be able to make a forward progress in her life was renewed. This story perfectly sums up the kind of agents Gerry and Christina are, and the type of agents they continuously strive to be for their clients. Gerry and Christina were taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what they did. And they worked hard. Gerry Lambie was raised in Appleton with 3 siblings. As a child, Gerry had aspirations of being a kindergarten teacher. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
