About Sheron IN THE BEGINNING… I started my career into the Real Estate Industry as a Realtor, eager to make a difference in the level of service people experienced when selling their homes. Unfortunately, when I sold my first home, my realtor at the time offered me very little information about the market, minimal guidance throughout the process, and I didn't feel she cared about me as a person going through this very intimidating experience. I was absolutely positive that I was not alone in this experience, and there needed to be a change… I decided to be a catalyst to that change going forward! My career as a ReMax Real Estate agent escalated quickly with my partner Brian Simms. We were recognized for outstanding sales achievement … such as Excellence Club and others. I have always felt passionate about becoming an expert in the field, so I educated myself with several accreditations such as… Accredited Buyers certification, Seniors Real Estate Specialist certification, commercial retail analysis certs, and other to complement my business degree at York University. The specialty that ignited the most passion was the Real Estate Marketing Specialist Certification!
