Declutter like Marie Kondo is watching: No mail on counters. No toys on floors. No anything on bathroom counters. 3. Use a wide-angle lens (not a fisheye): Show more space—not more distortion. You want buyers to feel invited, not dizzy. 4. Take photos from corners: It makes the room look bigger and shows flow. 5. Highlight the money shots: Got a fireplace? A view? A spa bathroom?
